Ernest "Lenny" Boyer

     Ernest “Lenny” Boyer, 64 of Bonne Terre, passed away at South Brook Nursing Home in Farmington, Sunday, October 24, 2021, He was born Wednesday, February 27, 1957 in Washington County, to the late Charles and Alfredia (DeClue) Boyer.

     Lenny was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Manuel “Marty” Boyer and Bobby Boyer.

     He is survived by his wife of Dora (Johnson) Boyer; two loving brothers Charles (Sandy) Boyer and Walter (Debbie) Boyer, along with several family and friends.

     Lenny was an avid outdoorsman, naturalist, fishing, hunting arrow heads, mushrooms, and gatherer was what he did in his spare time. He also enjoyed cooking, and playing his guitar.

     Visitation will be held at CZ Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 11 am until time of service at 12 pm with Pastor Gene DeClue officiating. Graveside service will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home-Boyer Chapel in Bonne Terre.
