Edna Pyatt

Edna Pyatt, 81, of Park Hills, passed away in the arms of her Savior June 28, 2014 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1932 in Irondale to the late John and Opal, Brydon Pyatt. Edna was a member of the Irondale Assembly of God. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Sherry Lou Sisk; Sister Doris "Gertie" Brewer. Edna is survived by brothers, Bob Pyatt, (Bonnie), William Pyatt, (Tammy); sister, Wilma Massey; Daughter Melissa Dickens, Larry); grandson, Joshua Rawson, (Angel); great-granddaughters, Jessica Yandell, (James); ReaAnna Pyatt, (Brandon); Cheyenne Dickens, Kallie Rawson; great-grandsons, Colton Rawson and Breydon Rawson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, a dear cousin Dorothy Sikes, best friend Margaret Dunn, and a host of other relatives and friends. Edna loved the Lord with all her heart and served him faithfully for over 50 years. She loved her Pastor and church family as well. Edna was devoted to her family and took particular pride in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by many. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 5 PM to 9 PM. Celebration of life will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2014 C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel at 1 PM with Rev. J.C.
