Edna Marie Williams

            Edna Williams, 79, of Park Hills, passed away December 14, 2016, at National Health Care in Desloge. She was born March 6, 1937, in Leadwood, to the late, Charles and Essie (Pierce) Overstreet. Edna was a member of the United Assembly of God Church in Gumbo.

             She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Harold W. Williams.

             Edna is survived by her good friend and caregiver, Ronald Hagan; sister, Goldie Williams; one nephew, Joe Pesek, Jr; and her church family.

             Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume at The United Assembly of God Church in Gumbo, Friday, December 16, 2016 from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Pastor Rob Hampton will be officiating. Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Irondale.
