Ed Bequette

Ed Bequette, 73, of

Fredericktown, formerly of Bonne Terre passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 at

Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born Monday, August 19, 1940 in Bonne Terre

to the late Guy Tony and Hazel Maggie (Gillam) Bequette. He is also preceded in

death by one brother Medford "Mack" Bequette. Ed was a member of the American

Legion Post #248 and the Eagles Lodge Aerie #3758 both in Fredericktown. He

loved his family by being a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Cresswell) Bequette; two

daughters, Jill Bequette and fianc George Kunkel of House Springs and Mindy

Moss and husband Richard of Fredericktown; four grandchildren, Nicholas Wann

(Dana), Chad Moss (Ashley), Baily Boehm (Joe), and Jackie Moss (Lucas); and one

sister, Betty Haire (Ken).Visitation will be Tuesday,

January 28, 2014 from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son

Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z.

Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Pastor Steve Clevenger officiating.

Interment will follow at Pirtle Cemetery.
