Dustin Gaugel

Dustin Shaun Gaugel, 36, of Bonne Terre passed away June 25, 2014 at Parkland Health Center in Bonne Terre. He was born July 5, 1977 in Farmington. Dustin was a graduate of North County High School Class of 1995. He loved sports and played baseball, basketball and football. He was named All State Defensive End for the 1994-95 season. He enjoyed the outdoors, deer and turkey hunting and fishing. Dustin worked for Prudent Contractors (EPA) as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Harvest Christian Centre. He was saved and baptized at the age of 13. He loved kids and had the biggest heart. He was loving, kind and warm hearted to all who knew him. Dustin will be sadly missed by his mom, dad, grandparents, brothers and numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Del and Betty Gaugel and cousin, Kevin Nash; mother-in-law, Susan Hulsey; brother-in-law, Michael Hulsey, Jr. Dustin is survived by his wife, Amanda (Hulsey) Gaugel; step-daughter, Katlyn Hubbard Gaugel; parents, Dennis and Debbie (Byington) Gaugel; two brothers, Deun Gaugel and wife Holly (Redmond), Daniel Gaugel and wife Colleen (Patt); niece, Emma; nephews, Isaac, Dreyden, Isaiah, Seth, Dylan, Joshua; grandparents, Ken and Glenda Byington; uncle, Duane Byington and wife Vicki; two aunts, Cindy (Mrs. Alan) Redburn, Donna (Mrs. Cecil) Crocker; father-in-law, Michael Hulsey, Sr.; grandmother-in-law, Betty Hulsey. Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014 beginning at 3:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Dwight Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family in care of C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home.
