Doris Glegg

Doris Jean Glegg age 80, of Desloge, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 25, 2013. She was born on Oct. 17, 1932 in East Chicago, IN. She will be remembered for her kind spirit and welcoming smile. Everything from her love of family to the mischievous glimmer in her eye spoke of the value she gave to life. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Doris was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Park Hills, MO. She loved the Lord and His abiding presence was an on-going source of strength in her life. For many years Doris taught Sunday School and volunteered for various positions and projects. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Don; son Thomas; parents Fred and Lillian Buchstaber; siblings, Phillip Buchstaber, Sheila Miksis and Leah BaginskiShe is survived by 3 Daughters, Belinda (Mrs. Ed) Nagy of San Antonio, TX, Susan (Mrs. Jim) DeLaney of Florissant, Diane Glegg of Desloge; 1 Son Jeffery Glegg ofFarmington. She is also survived by one sister Sandra (Mrs.Duane) Spisak of Highland, IN. Doris also left behind 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephewsVisitation will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 5pm to 8pm. The Funeral Service will be held 10:30a.m. Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Park Hills on Jan. 30, 2013. Interment will be at Mt.
