Donna Granda

          Donna (Burgess) Granda, 64, of Park Hills, passed away February 14 2021, at St. Louis University Hospital.  She was born May 29, 1956, in East St. Louis, IL to the late James and Barbara Burgess.  She will be remembered by her interesting sense of humor, her loving laugh, and the lasting impact she had on her children and grandchildren.

          She was preceded in death by her parents, James Burgess and Barbara Stowers; son Robbie Mato; brothers, Larry and James Burgess, Jr. “Big Jim”; and one nephew, James Burgess III “Little Jim.”

          Donna is survived by her life partner, Clyde Reeves; children, Valarie (Eric) Lang of Palmdale CA, Matthew (Deanna) Karlson of Danville, CA, Jeremy (Natalie) Karlson of Crown Point, IN and Cody (Brandie) Karlson of Moreno Valley, CA; nine grandchildren, Krys, Zack, Sam, Joseph, Addison, Seth, Katelyn, Cody, and Logan; extended family and friends also survive.

          The family is planning a private celebration of life at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
