Donald O. Roberts

Donald Oman Roberts 74, of Bonne Terre passed away December 21, 2011 at St. Anthonys Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born June 30, 1937 in Bonne Terre. He was a retired Missouri Army National Guard Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis Oman and Henrietta (Pratte) Roberts and one sister, Pamela Halford. Donald is survived by his wife of 53 years, "Snookie" (Smith) Roberts; daughter, Cheryl (Mrs. Steve) Callahan of Bonne Terre; son, Blake Roberts and wife Jennifer of Bonne Terre; eight grandchildren, Mark Lund, Alexandra "Alex" (Roberts) Brinkman, Dusty Aubuchon, Nathaniel "Bub" Roberts, Ross Crocker, Connor Crocker, Alicia (Callahan) Lawley, and Tammy (Callahan) Olson; six great-grandchildren, Trevor Brinkman, Max Lund DePreist, Shelby Bereniski, Kelly Bereniski, Nicole Lawley and Colin Olson; brother, Franklin Roberts of London, England. Visitation will be Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 5 PM until 9 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Friday at 1 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre. Burial will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery with full Military Honors.
