Diane Layne

Diane L. Layne Diane Layne 63, passed away January 10, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 20, 1947 in Bonne Terre.Diane is preceded in death by her parents Dr. William Paul Dennis and Helen (Stark) Dennis. Diane was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Park Hills. Along with her husband Richard, they were members of the singing group "Tapestry". Diane and Richard were owners of the Soaring Eagle Distributorship for the past 26 years where she was a friend to every employee. In their spare time they enjoyed singing and traveling. Diane is survived by her husband Richard Layne; Daughter, Susan and husband Travis Kropp of St. Peters; two sons, James and wife Amanda Layne of Desloge and Mike and wife Lisa Layne of Desloge; Four Grandchildren, Cody, Seth, Tyler, and Abigail; Brother Bill Dennis of St. Charles; Sister, Sherry and husband Donnie Wengler of Georgia.Visitation will be Thursday January 13, 2011 at 5 pm at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Services will be Friday at 11 am at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Desloge with the Rev. Pamela Cowin officiating. Entombment will be at St. Francois Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Presbyterian Manor.
