Della M. Green

Della Green age 85 of Farmington, passed away Sunday April 15, 2012. She was born September 20, 1926 in Centerville, MO to the late John and Clara (Randolph) Highley. Della enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting, working in her garden and flower beds, she always canned and was known for having the best fried chicken.She was also preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Jesse Green; Siblings, Laney Highley, Angus Highley, Beverly Collins, Shirley Highley, Mildred Highley, Betty Highley, and Erma Highley.Della is survived by her four sons, Randall and wife Laura Green of Boca Raton, FL, Charles and wife Cindy Green of Absarokee, MT, Larry and wife Jackie Green of Farmington, MO, Steve and wife Renee Green of Oxford, OH; Grandchildren , Jason, Karl, Angela, Cyrus, Sarah; Great Grandchildren, Aeva, Aidan, Patrick, Asher; Siblings, Wilma Miller of Ellsinore, Jean Baden of Benson, AZ , and Vernon Highley of Ellsinore.Visitation will be held Thursday April 19, 2012 from 5 PM to 9 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills. Services will be held April 20, 2012 at 11 AM in the C.Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel with Rev. Royce LaMarr officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington, Mo. Memorials can be made to Jefferson Regional Hospice.
