Deborah Spotswood

Debbie Spotswood passed away August 9, 2024, at Parkland South in Farmington, at the age of 67. Born on October 27, 1956, in St. Louis, to the late Ralph and Blanche (Wentz) Ruff. Debbie was a caring wife to her husband, Lee Spotswood; a devoted mother to her son Eric Spotswood and wife Gabriela; a cherished grandmother to, Abigail Kirstine and Alexander Benjamin Spotswood; and loving sister, to Patricia Ruff.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Jeffery Michael Spotswood. 

Throughout her life, Debbie found joy in decorating the homes of those around her. She was always eager to bring beauty and warmth into the lives she touched. Her love for animals was unmatched, but it was her grandchildren who held the key to her heart and soul, bringing her immense happiness and purpose. 

Debbie prospered with a career in corporate management. She demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to her profession. Her contributions were valued, leaving a positive impact on all those she interacted with. 

Her legacy of love, kindness, and creativity will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
