David Elders

David E. Elders, 71, of Farmington passed away January 3, 2023 at St. Francois Manor in Farmington. He was born February 6, 1951 in Bonne Terre. David proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Curtis Elders and Wilma Juanita (Sherrill) Hanson; brother, Thomas Elders; brother-in-law, Michael Commerford.

David is survived by one sister, Debra Commerford; two nieces, Michelle (Steven) Vavra and Valerie (Heather) Commerford; one great-nephew, Corbin Vavra; two great-nieces, Sydney and Londyn.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
