Darrel Ray French

            Darrel French, 64, of Park Hills, passed away April 30, 2018, in his home. He was born March 27, 1954, in Paragould, AR, to the late Homer and Pearl (Dunn) French. Darrel attended Abundant Life Church and he was a very giving person and liked to help anyone in need. He was a people person and was the owner/operator of Farmers Custom Cuts Meat Processing on Hwy 32. Darrel loved animals and farming.

            He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Henry French.

            Darrel is survived by his loving wife, Leanna Mary (Mahurin) French; children, Leah Kernan and husband Benji, Douglas Moyers and fiancé Becky Taylor, and Wendy Eaves and husband Chad; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Harold French, Wayne French and wife Brenda, Irwin French and wife Carol; dear friends, Kathy and Virgil Moss.

            Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, May 3, 2018, from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM. Reverend Rick Hensley will be officiating. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve. Memorials may be directed to St. Francois County Relay For Life.
