Cody Howard Pyatt

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cody Howard Pyatt. Born on Thursday, October 2, 2003, in Festus, Missouri, Cody tragically left us on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at the young age of 20. His untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of his loved ones.

Cody is preceded in death by his father Kenneth A. Pyatt and mother Davina R. Crane; grandfathers, Howard Pyatt and Paul Crane; uncle Paul Crane Jr.
 
Cody was a young man who found solace in the great outdoors, particularly enjoying his time fishing, and working on cars. His attention to detail and passion for perfectionism made him excel in everything he did. His love for music was evident to anyone who knew him, and his caring nature extended to helping those around him whenever they were in need.
 
 Known affectionately as "Worm" by his father, Cody held a special place in the hearts of his family. He leaves behind his grandmothers, Shirley Pyatt and Sue Crane; brother Chance Pyatt; and Cody’s beloved girlfriend and soulmate Victoria Husak who brought much love and joy into his life; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, each of whom will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. until the service time at 5:00 P.M. with Pastor Randy Murphy officiating. The family will have a private inurnment at a later date.
