Clarence "Smiley" Barron

            Smiley Barron, 89, of Park Hills, passed away December 1, 2017 at Country Meadows surrounded by his family. He was born August 5, 1928, to the late Walter Francis and Della May (Burns) Barron. Smiley was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen Bernice (Barron) Barron; brothers, Orville, Wyman and Henry Barron; half-brother, Firmin Barron; sisters, Mary Wisdom and Gladys Kopp.  

            He is survived by two step sons, Ronald Wright and wife Barb, and Richard Wright; step-grandchildren, James Ronald Wright, Levi Allen Wright, and Joshua Wright; step-great-grandchildren, Kayla, Koby, and McKinzie; brothers, Gene and Cecil Barron; sisters, Faye Mantei, Edna Richardson, and Hilda McCarty. 

            Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Tuesday, December 5, 2017, from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM. Alan Berry will be officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
