Christine Cooper

Christine Cooper, 89 of Desloge, passed away Monday, July 23, 2012 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.She was born September 14, 1922 in Cornwall, Missouri.Christine enjoyed quilting, collecting depression glass as well as taking care of her family. She was preceded in death by parents, Ben and Blanche (Guinn) Tinnin; brother, Leo Tinnin; and sister, Mary Bruce. Christine is survived by husband, Homer Cooper; son Gene Cooper and wife Jacque; granddaughters, Gena (Mrs. Bruce) Harrison, and Amy Cooper; great-grandchildren, Katie, Blake and Grant; sister, Evelyn. A visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home of Desloge on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.The service will be held at C.Z.
