Charlotte Annette Fowler

Charlotte Annette Fowler, 70, passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, Missouri. She was born September 21, 1941 in Esther, Missouri.She was preceded in death by her parents, father, Everet Duvall and mother, Glenda (Stevens) Duvall; and one sister Sandy Duvall.Charlotte is survived by her husband, Donald Eugene Fowler; one son, Donald Hahs; one daughter, Kathy Jobe; four grandchildren, Gloria, Kati, Dawn, and Jason; and three great-grandchildren, Sydney, Sadie, and Jasmine.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills, Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Services will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills, Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Better Breathers in Granite City.
