Cecelia Ann Eaton (Annie) 69, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024 in Bonne Terre, Missouri, at St. Joe Manor, surrounded by her loved ones, Connie (David) Dickerson as well as Cathy Martin. She entered this world on Friday, July 30, 1954 in Newburyport. Massachusetts.

 Annie was known for her vibrant personality and dedication to her work as a CNA, having worked for more than 30 years in nursing homes and hospitals. She had a strong educational background, holding multiple certificates and licenses in the healthcare field. In her free time, Annie enjoyed shopping, playing cards, singing karaoke, and taking trips to the casino. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories and spreading joy wherever she went.

 

She is survived by her children, Cecelia 'critter' Blake, Tricia Eaton, and husband Joseph, as well as her ex-son-in-law Danny Blake, whom she loved like her own, grandchildren; DJ Blake, Bailey Blake, and Arilyn Blake, Alexis/Patrick Verhey, Sebastian Smith, Brayden Eaton-Bunch, and Finley Eaton-Bunch; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Fred Chase, Brian Malcolm, Carol Goyetche, Jeannie Knight, Jessie Lanagan, Steven Malcolm jr.; her sibling in-laws, Nancy Berry, Cathy Mills, and David Eaton, among a few of the multiple in-laws she loved as her own family. Many nephews and nieces such as John “JJ” Mills, who was always there by her side when she needed someone, her best friend Shelia was always a consent in her life.

 

She was preceded in death by the late Allen (Lit) Eaton who she was happily married to for 25 loving years; parents, Stephen E. Malcolm, Hazel Louise Selvidge; sister, Cindy Parker, whom she enjoyed going shopping and going out to dinner with; grandmother, Cecelia (Littlefield) Tanner who raised her in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Annie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made in Annie's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research or American Cancer Society.
