Carla Leitner

Carla Leitner, 55 of Morrow, died Sunday, September 25, 2016. Born November 12, 1960 in Bonne Terre, to Carl and Dorothy (Moyers) Painter, she was a member of the Northeast Church of Christ in Sharonville. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri. Carla was active with several pro-life organizations and had helped start the Oak Hill Chapel in Missouri.

 Preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Dorothy Elizabeth “Beth” Painter, she is survived by her husband of 30 years, Tony Leitner of Morrow; one son, Joel Leitner of Morrow; two daughters, Rebekah Leitner of Morrow and Erin Leitner of Middletown; three sisters, Ann Ihms of Russiaville, IN, Hazel Aldridge of French Village, MO, and Mary Otte of St Mary, MO.

 A visitation and service was held, Thursday, September 29, 2016, at the Northeast Church of Christ in Sharonville. Interment will be held in Painter Cemetery in French Village MO on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:30 AM. Memorials requested to the Oak Hill Chapel, 9141 Hwy D, French Village, MO, 63036.
