C. Duane Laird

Chalmer Duane Laird, 78 of Terre Du Lac passed away December 3, 2012 at his residence. He was born March 21, 1934 in New Paris, Ohio to the late Chalmer Monroe and Lois (Hughes) Laird. Duane is survived by his wife Lucy (Hochstetler) Laird; son, Bradley D. Laird of Gypson, CO; daughter, Teresa L. (Mrs. Richard) St. John of Florissant, MO; two sisters, Elaine (Mrs. Thomas) Patrick and Marilyn Laird all of FL. Nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be Saturday, December 8, 2012 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Memorial Service will be Saturday at 2:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Serenity Hospice.
