Mrs. Byrtle Delle 'Camden' Gillam Lunsford passed away late Saturday night, Jan. 14, 2012, at Friendship Village in Chesterfield, MO., at the age of 97 years, 11 months & 17 days. Byrtle was born on Jan. 27, 1914, in Bunker, MO., & was the daughter of M. J. "Dode" Camden and Elizabeth 'Bay' Camden. Also preceding-in-death were: her 1st husband, Stanley E. Gillam; her 2nd husband, Jesse W. Lunsford; a Step-Son, Freddy Lunsford. 2 Sisters: Daisy French & June Pritch, and 1 Brother: Ondo Camden.
Byrtle was a member of the Farmington Church of The Nazarene & retired from the Farmington State Hospital after 24 years service.
Survivors Include : a Son - Carlton E. (& Carol) Gillam, of Ballwin, MO. a Step-Daughter: Shelia (& Stephen) Beard, of Bonne Terre; a Step-Son, Danny Lunsford, of Farmington. a Sister: Geneva Plank, of St. Louis. 4 Grandchildren: Helen Dory; David (& Debbie) Gillam; Lisa (& Chris) Greiss; Kristen (& Justin) Kleffner. 4 Step-Grandchildren: Susan (& Steve Robles; Henry Grzyb; John Grzyb; Linda (& John) Larson. 10 Great-Grandchildren: Sienna & Ginny; Tristan & Brianne; Cole & Austin, Ryan, Steven & Stephanie & Hannah. Also, a Great, Great-Granddaughter, Kate.
