Bruce Edward (Eddie) Moses, born February 2, 1962 in Steelville, Missouri passed from this life to his eternal home on Tuesday June 26, 2012.Eddie was a phenomenal bass player who was given his first guitar by his parents on Christmas when he was 8 years old.That same year Eddie played for his dad on his first recording.He started traveling playing gospel music with his family in 1980.On August 29, 1981 he married the love of his life Krystle Wallen Moses.Together they traveled with his family until 1987.Eddie was blessed with 3 sons, Matthew Moses, Brandon Moses, Kyle Moses all of St. Louis, Mo.On October 24, 2009, Ed became a rich man when his granddaughter Peyton Nicole was born.During his illness it was always Peyton that could put a smile on his face no matter how much pain he was in. They have a bond which was described in Eds words, "Ill love you to the moon and back!" Now it reaches to the Heavens and back. In Peytons words after Papas passing, "Papa can see me; hes in my heart??.hes with Jesus".Throughout his life, many bands were privileged to share in Eds musical talent. Ed enjoyed playing for The Ozarks, The Wallens, Southern Drive, and the Oakbridge Praise Band.His last days were filled with music from close friends and members of all of the bands that touched his life.During those last few days, together we all celebrated him home into Jesus arms. Now hes walking the streets of gold, reunited with loved ones gone before, awaiting our arrival.He was preceded in death by, grandparents, Adolf and Irene Moses, grandfather Jacob Adams, mother and father in-law Randal and Wanda Wallen and brother in-law Randy Wallen. He is survived by wife, Krystle Wallen Moses, sons Matthew, Brandon, Kyle Moses, granddaughter Peyton Moses of St. Louis, Mo, also his Angel in his last days, Amber Clayton. Mother and Father, Betty and Bruce Moses, brothers, Mike and wife Maria Moses, Keith and wife Alisa Moses, nieces, Stephanie, Kaylee Moses, and nephews Chad, Jacob, Kurt, Tyler Moses, all of Phoenix, AZ. Grandmother, Bernice Adams of Viburnum, MO. He is also survived by in laws, Sheila and George Saunders, Ray and Debbie Wallen, Debbie and Mark Guggenberger, Angie and Brad Barton, Dennis Wallen, Denise and P.D. Murdick.He was a special uncle to several nieces and nephews of the Wallen family. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.The Service will be Friday, June 29, 2012 at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel in Desloge at 11:00 AM with Tom Noblitt officiating.Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.Memorials can be made to Melanoma Research Foundation.
