Bob Zolman, 79, of Bonne Terre, passed away March 16, 2016, at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, surrounded by his family. He was born June 13, 1936 in Esther, to the late Gilbert “Patty” and Maude (McCleod) Zolman. Bob was an Army Veteran and served in the 82nd airborne. He was a middle school social studies teacher, in the Farmington School District, from which he retired. Bob also attended Living Waters Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Josh Varner; one brother, Bill Zolman; two sisters, Janet Francis and Betty Link.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Mildred (Bishop) Zolman, children, Ken Zolman, Kevin (Tammy) Zolman, Steve Zolman, Chris Seris, Teresa (Bob) Gibson, Rochell (Randy) Moss, and Tara (Bobby) Eaton; grandchildren, Timothy (Angie) Zolman, Amber (Chauncey) Barton, Matthew (Sarah) Bishop, Christine (Danny) McFerron, Miranda (Ricky) Norden, Levi (Kayci) Moss, Dominick T.J. Eaton, Megan Varner; sister, Barbara Shearer.
Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, March 20, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The service will be held in the Chapel, Monday, March 21, 2016, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ronnie Dane officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre.
