Bobby Gene Harris

Mr. Bobby Gene Harris passed away late Monday morning, February 16, 2015, at his Delassus residence at the age of 78 years & 11 days. Bobby was born on February 5, 1937, in Campbell, Missouri, & was the son of Oscar Harris and Clara Jane 'Myers' Harris. Also preceding in death were: a sister, Ruth Cooper & 2 brothers: Lloyd Harris and Floyd Harris.

Bobby owned Bob's Sheet Metal / Heating & AirConditioning business for 36 years. Bobby was united in marriage on September 4, 1962, in St. Louis and was a US Army Veteran.

Survivors Include : his wife, Florence Mae 'White' Harris, of Delassus. 4 children: Kenneth (& Tamara) Harris, of Mount Vernon, MO; Steven (& Jane) Harris, of Farmington; Rebecca Harris, of Farmington & Bobby Keith Harris, of Campbell, MO. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren: Caitlin Harris, of Fairbanks, Alaska; Sahba Harris, of Chicago, Illinois; Matthew Harris, of Farmington; Katie Harris, of Farmington & Chassidy Harris, of Campbell, MO.

Visitation : Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Funeral : Wednesday, 1:00 p.m., February 18, 2015

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Dale Stringer officiating

LeadBelt Patriot Guard Riders will lead the funeral procession to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis County, MO. for burial with FULL MILITARY HONORS

Jefferson Barracks Graveside Services will be Friday, 10:30 a.m., Feb. 20, 2015, with Chaplain David Poland officiating.
