Birdie L. Hedgecorth

Mrs. Birdie L. Hedgecorth passed away Saturday, December 11, 2004, at the Point Lookout Nursing & Rehab Center, in Hollister, MO., at the age of 87 years, 6 months & 15 days. Birdie was born April 27, 1917, in St. Francois County, & was the daughter of Harlan Martin Oelsen & Nancy Ellen 'Jones' Oelsen. Also preceding in death was 1 Sister, in-infancy.

Birdie was a member of Friendly Baptist Church, in Branson, Missouri & a former member of Farmington First Baptist Church.

Survivors Include: 4 Children - Lynn (& Pat) Hedgecorth, of Benton, MO; Larry (& Carron) Hedgecorth, of Mexico; Janet (Mrs. Wendell) Nokes, of Hollister, MO. & Ed (& Marta) Hedgecorth, of Liberty, MO. Also surviving are: 12 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation 4 - 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 17, 2004. Visitation will resume Saturday, 7 a.m. & funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m., Dec. 18, 2004, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller officiating. Burial follows at Pendleton Cemetery in Doe Run, Missouri. Memorials to: * American Heart Association.
