Mrs. Beulah Anna 'Cook' Sullivan passed away Friday, March 23, 2007, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, Farmington, at the age of 84 years & 1 month. Beulah was born Feb. 23, 1923, in Madison County, MO., & was the daughter of Luther & Lissie 'Hurst' Cook. She was preceded-in-death by: her husband, Clyde Sullivan (July 5, 2004); 1 Brother: Jessie Cook & 2 Sisters: Alva Bloom & Melba Jones.
Beulah was a member of Farmington Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness. She lived for 41 years on her Colony Church Road farm in Farmington. Beulah loved to garden & had lots of flowers. She was a very good seamstress & enjoyed sewing for her family.
Survivors Include: 1 Daughter: Gay Ann 'Mrs. Joe' Weadon, of Farmington; 2 Sons: Clyde L. (& Soundra) Sullivan, of St. Louis; Neil (& Cathy) Sullivan, of Farmington. 2 Sisters: Norma 'Mrs. Frank' Pigg, of Mine la Motte & Marie Clark, of Farmington. 3 Brothers: James Cook, of Fredericktown; Dale (& Frieda) Cook, of Farmington; Ronald Dean Cook, of Festus. 5 Grandchildren: Robert (& Erin) Sullivan, of Fredericktown; Casey (& Ronny) Jordan, of Bunker; Luke, Molly & Dillon Lustick, of Farmington. Also, 1 Great-Grandson: Eli Sullivan, of Fredericktown.
Visitation: Sunday, 6-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Monday, 7:00 a.m.
Funeral: Monday - 2 pm - March 26, 2007
at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jeff Combs officiating.
Interment follows at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.
