Betty Henroid

            Betty Henroid, 85, of Park Hills, passed away December 8, 2016, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. She was born January 16, 1931, to the late, William and Flora (Strickland) Mahurin. Betty was a member of the Gumbo Church of God.  

            She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Dennis Paul, Michelle Denise Henroid-Sewell; sisters, Deannie Eaves and Reathel Hardesty, brothers, Red, Banjo, and Larry Mahurin.

             Betty is survived by her husband of 69 years, Paul Henroid, daughter, Carolyn (Mrs. Dan) Weible; brothers, Sonny Mahurin and wife Joyce, Butch Mahurin and wife Bonita, Jimbo Mahurin and wife Betty Sue; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. 

            Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The service will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Monday December 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Cleo Counts officiating. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Park Hills.
