On Sunday, April 6, Belinda Faye Rose of Cape Girardeau, MO, peacefully returned to the Lord at the age of 75.

Belinda was born in Metropolis, IL, on May 21, 1948. She was a long-time resident of Cape Girardeau and a devoted member of First Pentecostal Church for 22 years. Her love for her family and church community knew no bounds, and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her cherished her.

She began her journey as a Sunday School teacher at the age of 17 and continued her service until she retired at 73, impacting many beloved students throughout her remarkable 56 years of teaching.

Belinda is survived by her sister, Melissa (Gordon) Moore, along with three nephews: Michael (Sheyanne) Rusher, Jacob Dush, and Shane Tackett. She also leaves behind three nieces: Hannah (Cody) King, Rachel, and Lauren Moore. She was deeply loved by her many great-nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, a sister, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.

The services will be conducted by Rev. Darrell E. Faire Sr. at First Pentecostal Church in Cape Girardeau, MO.
