Armida (Villanueva) Treaster

Armida Treaster, 78, of Farmington, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2014 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. She was born Wednesday, July 17, 1935 in Benavides, TX to the late Felix and Alicia (Lopez) Villanueva. Also preceding her in death is one sister Janie Villanueva. Armida was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother to her family. She attended Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church.



Armida is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard Treaster; children Dale Laird and wife Donna, Albert Laird, Laurie (Mrs. Warren) Dawson, Penny (Mrs. Ed) Schulte; five grandchildren Abby, Ben, Elizabeth, Alexandra, and Hayden; one brother Felix Villanueva Jr.; seven sisters Arte Maldonado, Alicia Villanueva, Lamar (Mrs. Larry) Heald, Lucilla (Mrs. Tony) Villareal, Dahlia (Mrs. Abraham) Perez, Cynthia (Mrs. Paul) Langstaff, Diana (Mrs. Rod) Mathiason.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills. Visitation will resume at 9:00 AM at the Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church on Monday, January 20, 2014 with the service following at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park in Bonne Terre. Memorials can be directed to the Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church.
