Anthony J. Hammack

Anthony Joseph Hammack, 41, of Bonne Terre passed away July 19, 2015 at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was born May 4, 1974 in St. Clair County, IL. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl (Schlef) Queen and brother, Adam Hammack. Anthony is survived by his son, Christopher Hammack; brother, Rick Queen and wife Melissa; father, Joseph Hammack; dad, Christopher Queen. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial visitation will begin Monday, July 27, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Desloge with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM with Chris Warden officiating.
