Anna Jeanne Blackwell

Anna Jeanne Blackwell of Bonne Terre, passed away June 17, 2014 at the age of 78. She was born May 14, 1936 in Esther, to the late Alfred Columbus and Edna Mae (Kennon) Sherrill. Anna was a member of the Esther Methodist Church and she was known as a very loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.Anna was preceded in death by her parents; husband, C. Gayle Blackwell; son, Richard Peery, and brother, Gary Sherrill.Anna is survived by children, Diana (Mrs. Rick) Patt of Bonne Terre, Michael Peery of Branson, Shawn Peery and wife Michele of Farmington; 10 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Donna Mae (Mrs. Russell Dwayne) Watkins of Webster Groves; brother, Dave Sherrill and wife Judy of Bonne Terre; and sister in-law, Marianna Sherrill of Bonne Terre.Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, June 19, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The service will be held in the chapel, Friday, June 20, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park. Memorials can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
