Ann Burgan

Ann (Ploeser) Burgan, 83, of Bonne Terre passed away August 19, 2015 at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre. She was born August 30, 1931 in St. Louis to the late Ambassador Walter Christian Ploeser and Dorothy (Mohrig) Ploeser. Ann was active in the Boy Scouts of America and received the Silver Beaver award. She also volunteered with the Salvation Army. Ann is survived by her husband, Donald Burgan; three children, Kevin Berg and wife Tonya, Kris Berg and wife Yvette, Kent Berg and wife Karen; twelve grandchildren, Shawn Berg and Roberta Price, Justin Berg and wife Robin, Cody, Nathaniel, Michael, Jonathan, Kristen, Adam, Eric, Dalton, Chase and Sierra; five great-grandchildren; sister, Sally Chapel. Visitation will be Saturday, August 22, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Service will be Sunday 2:00 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre. Interment will be Monday at Noon at Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to any local Boy Scout group.
