Alice L. Minks

Alice Lucille Minks, 73 of Park Hills passed away July 11, 2015 at Parkland Liberty Hospital. She was born April 16, 1942 in Cantwell to the late Herman and Irene (Barks) Stokes. Alice is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James Lloyd Minks; Three brothers, LeRoy (Betty) Stokes, Bill (Betty) Stokes, and Cecil (Clara) Stokes; Sister-n-Law Kate Chamberlain. Alice is survived by two sons, James (Carrie) Minks, and Kevin Minks; daughter, Sherry Roberts; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Bertha (Don) Sirclum, Pauline Tindall, Gladys Douglas, Mary Pinkley, Dave (Joan) Stokes, Joe Stokes, Harry (Judy) Stokes; several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be Tuesday July 14, 2015 from 5 pm to 9 pm at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral will be 11 am Wednesday at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel Desloge with Rev. Dennis Minks officiating. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery.
