William Inman

William “Bill” Dean Inman, 69, of Bismarck, passed away November 27, 2016, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Rhonda (Byington) Inman and his mother- and father-in-law, Claude and May (Laramore) Buckley.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharon Inman; three sons, Brent (Tammy) Inman of Troy, Corey (Mary Ann) Inman of Cedar Hill, Casey Inman and fiancé, Shanna McConnell of Desoto; four grandchildren, Marissa (Mrs. Rick Jaramillo, Jr.), Caitlin, Nolan, and Aviah; one brother, Gary (Bobbi) Inman of Little Rock, AR; one sister, Julie (Mrs. Joey) Doss of Potosi; one brother-in-law, Harvey (Bernice) Buckley of Belgrade; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Bill was baptized at First Baptist Church in St. Charles, on May 10, 1959, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Bismarck, where he served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher for many years. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and worked for Southwestern Bell for 35 years.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Bismarck, at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Reverend Matt Sheckles will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Caledonia Methodist Church Cemetery with full Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to the Gideon Society.
