Judy Mayo, 74, of Ironton, passed away October 29, 2015 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, surrounded by her family. She was born January 22, 1941, in Ironton, to the late Carson Otto and Agnes Pauline (Queen) Smith. Judith was employed at First Bank in Bismarck for over 27 years, retiring as Branch Manager. She gave art lessons and was a member of Gateway Decorative Artists. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Dave Mayo, Sr.; two children, Pam Dumey and husband John of Gordonville, Dave Mayo, Jr. and wife Laura of Ironton; five grandchildren, Andy (Kami) Mayo, Amanda Dumey, Sarah (John) Villa, Ashton (Phil) Lindsey, and Zachariah Dumey; three great-grandchildren, Adalee, Bryson, and Harry; three sisters, Karen (Ted) Jones, Jane (Glenn) Sago, and Becky Everett-Smith; sister-in-law, Velma Bowles. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The service will be held in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Sunday, November 1, 2015 at 1:30 PM, with Pastor Gabe Lee officiating and assisted by Rev. Pete Soens. Interment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery in Bismarck.
