Joseph J. Wilson

Joseph Wilson, 63 of Park Hills, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at Missouri Baptist.He was born March 3, 1948.Joseph was a member of the St. Joseph A basketball team that won a Championship in 1966.He was employed with Southwestern Bell, as a software administrator and after retiring, he became a member of the Pioneers, which is a group of retired employees.He loved to fish and play golf in his spare time. He is preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Helen (Wibbenmeyer) Wilson and brother William Wilson. Joseph is survived by former wife, Charlotte (McCord) Wilson-Meyers of Farmington; daughters, Misty (Carl) Bradshaw of St. Louis, Amanda (Tom Edwards) Wilson of Park Hills; grandchildren, Natalie and Ian Bradshaw; siblings, Donald Wilson of Potosi, Robert Wilson of West Plains, Barbara Sewar of Michigan, and Pat Kessler of Illinois. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home of Desloge, Wednesday, February 22, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.Service will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel, Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Greg McCord and Father William Kessler officiating.Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery of Bonne Terre.
