Denea Michele Martin

Denea Martin, age 51, of Park Hills, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her residence.  She was born on Tuesday, January 18, 1972, in St. Francois County, Missouri to the late Robert and Brenda (Davis) Martin.

Denea enjoyed making crafts and going swimming. She was known to love her dogs, Bailey, Bella, Mazie and Duke along with her rabbit named Jazzie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Frank and Gloria Davis and her great-grandmother, Goldie Bynum.

Denea is survived by her fiancé Eddie “Ed” Lato; son, Jay Hill; brothers, Richard Martin, Teddy Martin and wife Sandra; niece, Makayla Martin; nephews, Austin Martin and wife Hannah, Drew Martin and fiancée Kassy Henson; uncle, John Misplay; cousin, Lisa Roberts and husband Tracy; dear friend, Cassandra Clinton; Ed’s daughter Sara Overstreet that was like a sister along with several other cousins, friends and family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
